York Archers have asked me to let you know that there are still places available at the YorkFest triple FITA event over the August bank Hol weekend. It is a part of the UK national series and all three days are Stars so plenty of opportunities to get those last qualifying scores in before the end of the outdoor season or to get that Star you have been chasing.

After a knackering weekend of shooting in the downpour at the County Championships at Whitburn, I am very proud to say that we scored so much bling I cant even begin to list, as I will surely miss something out.
Needless to say, we won LOADS!
Cat, Jane, Dee and Lloyd, Steve, Brian, Cath, and Julie, well done!
Special congrats to our novices, you guys showed up both days and slogged through some of the worst weather we have had this year to take home a right good haul of prizes. Amazingly well done guys! if you can shoot in what was essentially a biblical downpour you can hold your own anywhere.
