Double Trouble!

For the first time ever, Durham City Archers and Cleadon Archers are getting together to host a combined FITA spread across 2 events at the 2 venues. The We’re Double Trouble combined FITA will comprise the DCA 18M and the CA 25M events on the 4th and 11th of December.

Each event will be an individual round  as normal but archers entering both will be automatically entered into the Double Trouble where awards will be based on handicap. More details available in the entry forms for the individual events.

Congratulations and Thanks to everyone who came and had a good time at our shoot. We love to have you as it’s the people who make the shoot what it is.

Comic Relief 24 hour shoot.

After the overwhelming success of our 24 hour shoot last year we are doing it again for charity.

On Saturday the 19th of March at 10 am we will once again put on a selection of silly clothes and proceed to shoot for 24 hours to raise a boatload of money.

Adding to the fun, we will be running have a go sessions during the day, so any coaches interested in helping out please give us a call.

An entry form will be up here for you to download in the next day or so but in the meantime we are looking for a maximum of 10 4-person teams, entries will be on a first come first serve basis, you will need to be a senior of any bowstyle. DCA End of Season Shoot

Well, all good things come to an end and summertime is no exception. To ease us into the indoors we will be having our annual end of season shoot on Saturday the 11th. Details below:

DCA End of season Albion /  Windsor / Junior Windsor (9doz 80-60-50 / 60-50-40 / 40-30-20)

11 September;

Assembly 11:15 Sighters 11:30

DCA Members only.

Entries will be informal, so just show up on the day. If the weather is good we will be having a BBQ. If you need any more info grab one of us and ask :)



End of Indoor Season Competition

Assembly at 12:00 sighters at 12:30, however we will be there as normal from 11:00 so come down early for some sneaky practise :)

We are shooting a Stafford (6doz @ 30m on a 60cm face) outside if the weather is good, indoors if not.

Club members only, no need to enter, just register on the day.
